Terms of Service

This service agreement will be in effect for a minimum of twelve (12) months. Upon the completion of the initial one year period, service automatically continues until a thirty (30) day written notice is received. What’s Bugging You Pest Control, LLC will continue to provide service under the terms and conditions specified in this service agreement. An initialed agreement of quality assurance indicates that the customer acknowledges that $135 is the regular initial service fee. The customer acknowledges that if the serviced property is larger than 4,000 square feet, the initial service fee will be increased and specified below in the “Summary of Service & Payment” section. By accepting the initial discounted service of $_______________, which is less than the fee specified above, the customer agrees to the twelve (12) month service agreement. If a thirty (30) day written cancellation notice is received prior to the end of the initial twelve (12) months agreed upon, the customer acknowledges to pay the balance of the initial discount.

  1. I understand that to maximize the results of the treatment of pests, it is required to receive the initial service and then receive the first regular exterior service thirty (30) days later.
  2. I understand to receive the continuous exterior services by the scheduled technician, it is NOT required for me to be at home. I also acknowledge that after the completion of each exterior service, payment is due.
  3. I understand that if What’s Bugging You Pest Control, LLC is not allowed to perform service during my regularly scheduled exterior service, I will be charged during the billing cycle.
  4. I understand that payment is due at time of service.
  5. I understand a $10 late fee will be assessed after a 30 day grace period.
